On her 33rd birthday, lying in meditation on a vortex mountain in Sedona, Alexandra felt the presence of a soul she had never met. It was her daughter. But in many ways, that moment was not the beginning. It was the deepening.
Much of her adult life had already been an unfolding awakening into the divine feminine. A remembering. A healing. A return to intuition, embodiment, spirituality, creativity, softness, devotion, and the ancient wisdom carried within women. Through years of inner work, energy healing, herbalism, motherhood preparation, and sacred self-inquiry, she found herself slowly returning to parts of herself the modern world had taught her to disconnect from.
That meditation in Sedona became a threshold. A moment where everything she had been healing, remembering, and becoming converged. It was there that the seed for this deck was planted.
Two years later, after a 63-hour unmedicated birth that brought her to her depths, The Motherline was born. Conceived in pregnancy, shaped through postpartum, and deepened through motherhood, each card carries pieces of that journey. A reflection of remembrance. A prayer for women. A message she hopes her daughter, and all women who hold this deck, will carry forward.
